I'm sorry but you don't seem to understand, linux is not meant for everyone.
As a matter of fact very few computer users like CUI's in general. Most of
the linux users myself included have moved on and are recovering from
wincrash.  Changing linux to mimic Windows would be like going back to an
abusive lover!
You also seem to be missing the fact that Microsoft survives on heavy-handed
tactics, more or less forcing people to use their products. Technically
Linux doesn't need a slew of users, the structure and features "sell"
the OS alone not advertising or end-user appeasement! Hopefully this helps
you understand.
