But it's not very nice to identify yourself as beeing root and run "halt"
instead of running "halt" as ordinary user. I have tried sometime to use the
file /etc/shutdown.allow in order to halt a computer as normal user, but it
doesn't work anyway. Has someone tried this? It works?
