dear linuxers,
i want to upgrade to kernel 2.2.1 and to prepare for it, i have to
install
the latest util-linux package version 2.9g. and there the readme-file
says
that shadow-passwords are not supported unless i use "PAM". i don't know
what pam is. could one please explain it to me and where i can get this
pam.
