I am trying to configure a new gateway laptop for linux.It is a neomagic
chipset. The install went fine but I am having a problem with xfee86 and
configuring the xwindows. I know that redhat has a server for it at their
ftp for it but I am kind of unsure of how to implement it into Linux. I am
doing a fresh install and so far only the 16 vga server is installed. I have
some info that I got from red hat's site and from the news group but have
had no luck. I just get an error when running X and then it dies. Has anyone
been able to get it to work and if ya did please tell me how (step by step)
if ya could.
