Missing stdarg.h in /include

I am trying to install the pRPC perl module.
When running 'perl Makefile.PL' I am told that 'stdarg.ph' is not found 
in the @INC path, and that this is probably due to that 'h2ph' has not been
executed.
But it does not help to execute h2ph since my /include file does not contain
the stdarg.h file.
Does anyone know where I can find the stdarg.h file?, or what component I
should install to get stdarg.h to appear in my /include directory?
I am running RedHat5.1
