Okay you may want to check to see if you are logged in as root, some of
these tools should not be available to a normal user. But if memory
serves me they do no appear on the normal users menu.
Then you may want to open a xterm, this is usually a menu option with a
name like terminal or xterm (or rxvt or n?term). This should produce a
command line in a window form here type "control-panel" if the
executable exists the program should run, if not you should get an error
message
Sorry I could not be more specific but it has been awhile since I use
fvwm2 or NextLevel.
