I believe this warning message simply means that the two partitions
in question are sharing some blocks from the same disk/track.

This seems to result in some blocks not being used and I've generally
found it desirable to play with the partition sizes untill this goes
away assuming that means I don't lose any blocks.  But on a 10 gig
drive how much does it matter?
