new program

hello,
 i download an icq program and try to install the rpm and got the
following error

failed dependecies:
 libqt.so.1 is need by ICQnix-Beta-1-0
i have done some researching..and i think it is a library for qt
programing...if this is right..where can i find an rpm for it?
i have look all over redhat for it...and went to a website called
http://www.troll.no/platforms/linux.html
and looked around is this the right site thanks
