ENOUGH! - A Digest plleeaasse!

I need to 'get a life'.
Since subscribing to this list I have been *overwhelmed* by the amount of
information and help.

BUT...
I need a daily or semi-daily Digest or I'll sink under the weight of help!
Is Digest available?
If so, what commands do I send the Majordomo to set it?

Or, do I have to unsubscribe and read the Archive instead...
