Re-configure debian BASE packages

Hello all,

Recently, I have split my home LAN into two subnet's so that I need 
to change IP/Host name/Domain name. With the help of YaST in SuSE & 
"netconfig" in Slackware, I easily do it successfully. However, I 
don't know how to do the same matter  in Debian 2.1. May you tell how 
to change IP/Host name/Domain name properly in Debian system? Thanks!
