still having problems with netscae, huh? the deal here is that RH6 comes
with NS4.51 loaded by rpm, and you installed the Netscape tar version. i
did this too. i simply used gnorpm to uninstall the old version (as root).
i think i just added the exact path to the new netscape in the icons
properties (right click -> properties). if uninstalling the rpm version
messes up the tar version, just reinstall choosing the defaults again.  i
don't think it will though. to be safe, back up anything personal in your
home directory, ~/.netscape & ~/nsmail are what i back up.
