There are mail addresses for reporting abuse of ml's ng's and the like,
but I don't have one handy. Check the articles in
news:news.announce.newusers and grep them for 'abuse'.

But look into headers: there often is a field called 'X-Complaints-To:'
with a ma where you can - well - complain to ...
