Hi,
I'm looking for directions or pointers to documentation about
'conf.modules', I have added module support to a build of kernel 2.2.12 on
moe of my boxes here but have a syslog entry which says
modprobe: can't locate module char-major-14
Now since I suppose to be studying for exams, and not having a lot of time
I've spent the last three hours going thru the Documentation directory on
the machine here, reading and grep'ing to see if I can locate any mention of
the above.
Can someone put me out of my misery or provide a document name/URL so I can
solve this problem.
