Help...please,

Running R.H.  5.2    kernel 2.0.35   even when I use __ shutdown -h now__ to end
a session, upon the next boot,

I get message  during boot up   " File system not cleanly unmounted check
forced"   how can I avoid seeing this message??

Is this a symptom of some greater woe to come?
