Sounds like you may not have marked any "boot" partitions, known as
"active" partitions in DOS Fdisk.
If you go to the Linux FDisk or CFdisk, make sure you have your / partition
set as a "boot" partition. You should be able to see which partitions are
flagged as "boot", and which are not.
If you have too many partitions marked as "boot", then remove the "boot"
mark from all except the / partition, where LILO should be loading from, and
use DOS Fdisk to make sure your C: is marked "active".
I am assuming that is your only problem, though I could be wrong...
