My original attempt to post this message failed. Apparently my new ISP
(pacbell.net) is in the ORBS database as an open relay, and apparently vger
now uses the ORBS database to screen incoming mail. I'm using a VERY
temporary workaround to try to get this message through, but until this
problem gets solved somehow -- and the cost of changing ISPs is too great
for me to solve it that way -- I'll have to bid you a (temporary) goodbye.

Are others of you who use pacbell.net experiencing similar problems (new as
of Sunday morning, in my case)?
