Yes. http://opensource.creative.com/
there's a fairly active mailing list, too.
Expect the recent snapshots to be not quite stable (they are re-working
the directory structure and other things). I've got the 19991127 version
and it works quite well (although the mixer is somewhat poorly featured,
but that is in the current snapshots, too, AFAIK) I'll check back in one
or two weeks and check out the then current driver.
