Bien, gracias. ¿Qué tal por Argentina? ;-)

I'm not an expert in Makefile. I'm used to
# rpm -i *.rpm
instead of
# ./configure
# make
# make install

I think so.

For Mutt and Elm --> ~/Mail/
For Pine --> ~/mail/
For Netscape Messenger --> ~/nsmail/
I have linked ~/Mail/ and ~/mail/ . They are the
same directory now. Just do:
$ cd ~
$ mkdir mail
$ ln -s mail Mail
The email folders of Netscape are a little
different. Each folder (file) has a .summary file
that stores some info. You can read this folders
with Mutt. But if you delete a message with
Netscape, unless you compact folders, the message
will still be in the folder and you will see it with
Mutt. I don't know if there are more differences.

Yep, it is. Use it only if you are an email
addicted.

Yes and no.
Mutt handles HTML using external commands. You can
read the message inline with lynx -dump. And also
you can read the HTML with Netscape or another
browser. Mutt will call it. But you need to
configure your mailcap file. If you want I can send
you my .muttrc and my mailcap file.
There is one thing Mutt doesn't do with HTML. You
can't see the pictures inline with the text in a
HTML message. You can see each of them with an
external viewer, like xv. Again Mutt will call it
if you configure your mailcap file.
Yes, Mutt is hard to configure.

Yep.

Sorry, I'm not an expert on MTAs.
See you later :-)
