Masoud,
        I've had this problem too. It comes from useing DR0.15 themes in
DR0.16.2 or .3 they don't seem to be compatable. The only way I've found to get
back the correct border on the pager is to delete the .enlightnement directory.
However, first save any menu files you might have edited, or any other
configurations you made.

I *think* DR0.15 themes will work in DR0.16.0 (or .1) but I'm not sure, I seem
to recall running Anomaly DR0.15 under DR0.16.1 but I'm not sure.

Anyway, to get to the point, if you remove your .enlightenment dir your pager
will return to normal on your next enlightenment startup.
