Variable Length Subnetting

"Hello" Listers/Gurus,
                        Suppose I have a class B IP Address, say 183.90.0.0.
        Now, I want to set up 4 networks with 32000, 16000, 8000 and 8000 hosts 
respectively.

        Is it possible ? if so, how ?
