hmm, what about using an e-mail-client which can break the lines by itself?? it 
doesn't look pretty if he breaks every 80 bytes and my mailer breaks again after 70 
bytes, so i have half 70 and half 10 bytes per line..

that is an _http-client_.. his ftp-functions are not that good..

wget is an http-client, too. maybe it can connect to ftp-servers, too, but i am not 
sure.

btw: silly isp. why don't you change it??
