To get any really useful help, I think, you need to be much more specific
about what you did. For example, when you say ...

... what did you "get" this in response to? Is the first line
("so-5_2-ga-bin-linux-en.bin") the command you entered or the first line of
the output? If you look in directory "/home/siva/staroffice/", are the two
files flagged as "not found" present there or not?
More generally, what file did you download and how are you trying to install
it? Why did you try mode 770 for it? What directory did you run it from?
What user were you running as when you ran it (one who had permission to run
it or not?)? What distribution and version of Linux are you installing it on
(does it support glibc 2.1.3? I really don't understand what that line is
about)?
I haven't installed StarOffice myself, and I don't think any of the regulars
here use it ... though you may get a response from someone who has, and he
or she may recognize something I do not. If not, though, your best bet for
help is to treat this s as standard sort of problem and provide the more
detailed description I suggest.
