I totally understand how you feel about emacs, Ray. I felt exactly
the same way myself until I took the time to learn it. Emacs isn't
for everybody. But that's another story...

Don't quote me on this, but I'm pretty sure that Mutt can do this too.

I somehow doubt that my Gnus configuration will help you to configure
your MUA (likewise your configuration probably wouldn't help me much),
but here goes...
Let me preface this config description with: This is just a very
general outline of a small part of my MUA's config and would probably
only be beneficial to those who are running Gnus.
- pre-sort mail from linux-newbie into it's own group
- set the following Gnus group parameters for the linux-newbie
group...
to-list . "Linux-Newbie <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>"
to-address . "Linux-Newbie <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>"
- when replying, use 'F' or 'f' to Followup instead of 'R' or
'r' to Reply
If anybody is running Gnus and would like some help setting this up,
by all means email me directly.
