Please try removing the other patches and just changing pata_ninja32.c where it says ap->pflags = ATA_PFLAG_PIO32 | ATA_PFLAG_PIO32CHANGE; to ap->pflags |= ATA_PFLAG_PIO32 | ATA_PFLAG_PIO32CHANGE; And if it works let us know.
