Indeed installing OpenIPMI did it on 2 servers I tried (post OMSA install), how did you guys find this ?:)
I am thinking it works to be added on same yum install line, wget -q -O - http://linux.dell.com/repo/hardware/latest/bootstrap.cgi | bash yum -y install OpenIPMI srvadmin-base srvadmin-storage* cgm
