Is there a reason this configuration would cause problems?
R320 server running Windows Server 2012
PERC H710 Mini
Two Samsung EVO 850 in RAID-1
What we're seeing is very poor I/O performance where even copying files
can be slow much of the time, but not always. The I/O performance is
extremely inconsistent.
