That had no effect. I also tried rebooting the server, which also had no effect. I also opened up the iDRAC web interface and I do not see the 2nd CPU at all! It reports as if I only have 1 CPU installed. Should I try to reseat the CPU in the socket? I'm at a loss here. While it's working fine right now I wouldn't consider putting a server in production like this.

I started a VM configured to use all 32 cores (16 not counting hyperthreading) and everything works fine, and I can watch the OS using all of the cores, so I know code is executing on it.
