Hi, we have run into some problems with one of our Hitachi HUA723020ALA640 disks in R510 server. Since this disk is no longer available our vendor has recommended to replace it with part number 400-21712. However when checking the specification of the disk its transfer rate is 1.5Gbps and omreport on our current configuration prints:
Negotiated Speed : 3.00 Gbps Capable Speed : 3.00 Gbps Do you think this would pose a problem? Will the I/O performance of our server be negatively influenced?
