Dell - Internal Use - Confidential Hi Henrik,
Yeah this is a known issue in DUP, which got fixed in latest one. Here the DUP is checking for usb-storage driver whether its loaded or NOT, if NOT they are just quitting as reported below. Meanwhile I would request you to use the workaround as described below. Workaround: 1. Modprobe usb-storage 2. Install the Diagnostics_Application_5W2KP_LN64_OSC_1.1_X10-00 Regards Balaji Singh ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Message: 1 Date: Tue, 15 Mar 2016 10:54:25 -0500 From: Henrik Schmiediche Subject: [Linux-PowerEdge] PE R620, DSU and USB issue To: Linux-PowerEdge@dell.com Message-ID: Content-Type: text/plain; charset="utf-8" We are running PowerEdge Server R620 with CentOS 7.
