Hello Stefan,

Just wanted to check if the Firmware is up to date.

PERC H200 Integrated F/W -->

Further I want to share the context herewith. 
H200/SAS6iR are officially supported with RHEL 6.7 as such with OpenManage 8.3 
version. (just googled to get this)

Now with latest RHEL 6.9 available, we got to try and see if this works. But 
could you cross check if the Firmware are latest to start with.
Also if there could be a possibility, request to restart OpenManage services, 
just to be sure if things can come back from baseline.

agreed. We have a bunch of 11G showing this problem even tho they are still in 
warranty!

I checked this again and it is really limited to the "SAS 6/iR Integrated" 
controller.
Any PERC controller in a 11G server and OMSA 9.1.0 is running fine.

At least for now, I will exclude the OMSA update for servers with that 
controller.
