I got a response via support case from Dell:
/"A future new iDRAC firmware will remove the local domain as seen for
old iDRAC versions.
It all turns out it was a kind of mistake to add the local domain name
for the USB Nic."/

Should be fixed in version 4.32.20.00 coming some time next year.
