If an ipmitool mc reset didn't make any difference, your problem might 
be that the DRAC is using the wrong network interface.  If you are 
expecting it to use the dedicated network interface and it is instead 
using the shared interface (or vice versa) that would make it appear 
inaccessible, even though it is running.

Try running `syscfg lcp --nicselection` to see what the DRAC shows for 
its NIC - shared or dedicated.
