If I remember correctly, the HP NetRaid is an OEM version of the AMI
MegaRAID controller (URL http://www.megaraid.com/). You can find RedHat
5.2 installation disks that support this controller at URL
ftp://ftp.megatrends.com/MegaRaid/Drivers/linux/. Set up your arrays
using the controller BIOS, then install RH5.2 using these floppy images.

I don't know whether any other distributions support MegaRAID installs
directly, yet. You might have to build your own install disk, or install
to a disk on a supported controller, build a kernel with MegaRAID support,
then move your filesystems.
