yeps

works ok (except for a problem that raidstart thinks all 4 disks are part
of the md0 and/or md1)
also raid0 w just 2 disks on the PIIX works ok
(in dma mode)

in non-dma mode raid0 on 4 disks works ok

what is really wrong with 2.3.x ?
it works ok on one of my other machines. (test machine)
but i know for servers you have to play safe ;-)
