Check out the 'DellTalk' section of their support site. I had a similar
situation but was booted off the job before I had a chance to play. I got
some good suggestions, like using an IDE drive to configure the kernel and
init the RAID, then pop the IDE out. If I find my notes, I'll send them
along.
Anyway, around the beginning of the year, Dell was promising a driver, so it
might be ready by now.
