Hi

I have a similar problem.....

/dev/md1 consists of /dev/hda5 and /dev/hdb5

When running LILO only /dev/hdb is updated.

Should /dev/hdb fail, I cannot boot from /dev/hda and get a message that
no valid boot disk was found.

I have tried installing a new /dev/hda, fdisk'd and raidhotadd'd the
drive.

After array resonstruction I ran LILO again with the same result.

Anyone have any ideas ?.

Regards

John
