backport of the megaraid_sas driver from kernel 4.14.20 to kernel 4.9.82

I copy /usr/src/linux-4.14.20/drivers/scsi/megaraid to
/usr/src/linux-4.9.82/drivers/scsi/megaraid . I compile the kernel 4.9.82 and
is OK !
I send dmesg atached.
The problem for original linux kernel 4.9.82 is :
