Hi,
I'm having a heck of a time getting my Adaptec 2930CU to work under 2.2.10
or any other kernel I've tried, including the 2.3.x series. I've applied
the latest aic patches when applicable, tried loading it as a module and
built in, removed all cards but it (and the vid card) in the pc, and still
no luck.
When compiled in the kernel I just get the 0 scsi hosts detected thing,
and when compiled as a module an loaded with a modprobe or insmod I get a
"device or resource busy" error. If anyone else has managed to get this
card to work, or has advice for me on what to do next, I would really
appreciate it.
