I got 2.2.13 on an smp/i386 system. there is also an onboard adaptec 2940
(type) scsi & onboard eide.
When I tar cf - mozilla | ( cd /mnt; tar xf - )  ( from drive = scsi , to
drive = ide )
i will usually get a panik of the type

                    Whoops: end_buffer_io_async: async i/o complete on
unlocked page
                                                or
                    Unable to handle NULL pointer dereference at virtual
address 00000040
                        ( with a whole lot of displayed info not logged )

Any one into this particular kernel feature ?
