Well, as you know, I've had this conjoint linux driver (FibreChannel, Ultra,
Ultra2- and I keep swearing I'll do the SBus extension Real Soon Now) for
quite some time (with target mode support as of a month or so ago)- but Linux
hasn't been my main thing, and I've never really *quite* got the locking right
for 2.2.X and I really haven't kept up with the 2.3 tree, so your guess is as
good as mine as to what "Yet" really means.

Look- if there's interest in this, I'll move it up my list of things "to do"-
just say so. It's even compile/configurable so that you don't have to use it
to drive the 2X00 cards if you're happy with Chris' driver

The Ultra2/Ultra3 support has been pretty good in the *BSD version so far
(albeit there's been some write performance problems with IBM drives (only)-
but I think I know what that may be), but Linux hasn't been my main line of
work, although the folks at Veritas keep telling me to make it so. And because
my NASA/Ames gig just fell through, I'll probably be spending a bit more time
on Linux than I used to.
