It seems it was an IRQ conflict that coused the problem.

Before IRQ status:
        11: AGP TNT2 Graphic card
        10: Advansys SCSI (module)
         9: Adaptec SCSI (kernel,on motherboard,rootfs)
         9: SBLive Soundcard
This didn't work in 2.3.x.

Current IRQ status:
        11: AGP TNT2 Graphic card
        10: Advansys SCSI (module)
        10: Adaptec SCSI (kernel,on motherboard,rootfs)
        10: SBLive Soundcard
Believe it or not, I increased the IRQ-conflict and now it works...PCI is
strange. I tried about every possible combination of the two SCSI-cards,
the soundcard and the graphic-card, only this worked. You can do a lot
more than you think about PCI-IRQ in some BIOSes.
