Hello guys,
This is some bad news, although unfortunately I do not have any useful
details. I was running some CPU+disk intensive jobs on UP (2.1.131) and
SMP(2.1.132) and on UP they work fine but on SMP they get very confused
with pipes, when under high (2.0) load. The processes did some calls
to system("ppm2fli bla-bla").
So, if someone somewhere is suspecting that something is wrong with pipes
on SMP I can confirm his worst fears... :(
