Asus P2BD with or without SCSI?

Is it better to get just the dual processor board, ASUS P2BD, without
SCSI built in (Adaptec 7890), and add some type of controller PCI
board? (NCR??), or buy the P2BDS board that has it already built in?

I need some good advice, can anyone please respond? Thanks!
