Actually, his is from my Tyan Titan Pro (S1668):

(And I did upgrade the BIOS with the latest version available on Tyan's web
site, btw.)  It never did weird things with the bogomips, and it ran fine
with older kernels, too.

I moved to a Micronics W6LI recently (in the last two days) and it doesn't
report that stuff.
