I'm pretty sure it isn't a hardware issue. This is because Linux 2.0.xx
and NT do not have problems booting/rebooting at all. I can reboot to my
heart's content between those two OS's and never have a problem, but the
instant I reboot from 2.1.125 I get the weird lockup problem. Is the
kernel leaving my CPU's in some strange state that isn't reset until I
flip the power switch?
