On intel no. There are some with nasty EMS type hacks for >4Gig on intel,
but if yo want to have a load of memory for direct sane access you have
to go to non x86 cpus

PPro had some of it apparently (its not well documented there), the Xeon's
are the x86 cpu that add the ability officially and with useful extensions
to make it usable.
