I agree. In our office we intended to use linux as a powerful
alternative to NT; most times linux is much faster than NT and stability
is the most important point.
I think, there are much more reasons for using linux than using NT.

p.s: By the way; can anyone tell me, how much faster linux 2.2.x will
work on SMP machines than linux 2.0.x (in general)
