XOSVIEW has reported both cpu's on my dual TOMCAT IV since version 1.6.x
which was an rpm distributed with redhat. Only recently did I have to
upgrade to 1.7.1 because of kernel 2.2.2 and higher it required the newer
version XOSVIEW.
