I don't remember seeing anybody else answer, so try lm_sensors
(available from http://www.netroedge.com/~lm78) or lm78 by Erik
Hendricks (available via links on www.beowulf.org).  They both usually
(but not always) work -- lm_sensors is probably a little more
aggressively maintained.  Of course, for either one to work you need the
hardware devices that they read onboard, and therefore a relatively
recent motherboard and some luck.
