the se30 is not a pc derived architecture. you would
definitely need to re-implement all the hardware
device drivers.
i doubt sequent would be interested in a linux port for
obsolete hardware. i imagine that linux will run pretty-much
out of the box on the current numa-q boxes (at least for
a single quad configuration :-) since they are basically
intel-mps compliant.
